Job Description

                    Support policy fulfilment for all classes of Commercial lines policies.
The Job
Assist in processing all classes of Commercial lines policies 
Manage processing portfolio to ensure policy fulfilment within stipulated turnaround time. 
Ensure policy documentation accuracy and compliance of SOPs and guidelines. 
Support new business models and workflows. 
 Participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when required. 
Support ad hoc duties and activities when required. 
Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. 
Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.  
Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
