Job Description

  Responsibilities:  
 Prepare Policy Documents, issue Billing with planned service standard
 Assist in handling quality inquiry to internal departments and resolve daily operation issues and follow up to meet customers’ expectation
 Prepare the Management and Financial reports 
 Participate in projects as assign and perform UAT
 Ensure quality work output and accuracy
  Qualifications: 
 At least 3 years’ relevant work experience, preferable in EB policy administration
 University degree of any discipline
 Responsible, organized, structured and able to work independently under pressure
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Good customer service skills
 Good PC skills including Word and Excel
 Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
