Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for Poling Operatives to join our Midlands Team.
As a Poling Operative, you will be responsible for Installation and removal of poles, including dressing new poles covering the South Wales region.
This is an entry level Position and all training will be provided. Training will be paid at a rate of £90 – £105. Pay rates will be discussed in further detail on a telephone interview. This is a subcontracting opportunity. Our Course date will start on 23rd February 2026.
