Job Overview
We are looking for a Polish Language Support Specialist who is fluent in Polish and willing to work onsite in the Philippines. Candidates with or without Service Desk experience are welcome, as training will be provided. This role supports international users by delivering high-quality customer or technical assistance in the Polish language.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer or technical support to Polish-speaking users via phone, email, or chat
Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
Follow established processes and service-level agreements (SLAs)
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Adapt to shifting schedules and business needs
