Key Duties and Responsibilities

A. Safety & Environmental Planning

• Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific Safety, Health, and Environmental Programs.
• Prepare and review Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and Risk Assessments.
• Participate in the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system implementation.
• Prepare and execute the annual Work and Financial Plan (WFP) for safety and environmental compliance activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives, regulatory requirements, and budget allocations.

B. Regulatory Compliance & Permitting

• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, safety, and occupational health laws, rules, and regulations issued by DENR–EMB, DOLE, DOE, and other governing bodies.
• Secure and maintain required permits (e.g., Discharge Permit, Permit to Operate Air Pollution Sources, Hazardous Waste Generator ID).
