Pollution Control Officer

Position Summary

The Pollution Control Officer (PCO) is responsible for ensuring the company's full compliance with environmental laws, regulations, permits, and other requirements of the DENR, LGUs, and other relevant agencies. The PCO oversees the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company's Environmental Management Program, including waste management, pollution prevention, and regulatory reporting.

Job Responsibilities

A. Regulatory Compliance

Ensure compliance with RA 6969, RA 8749, RA 9275, RA 9003, and other applicable environmental laws.

Monitor compliance with DENR permits, including:

Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC)

Permit to Operate (PTO)/Air Discharge Permits

Hazardous Waste Generator Registration

Wastewater Discharge Permit

Chemical Control Order (CCO) requirements

Facilitate permit applications, renewals, and amendments.
