The Pollution Control Officer (PCO) is responsible for ensuring full compliance with all applicable environmental laws, regulations, and standards. The role oversees the company's Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with ISO 14001:2015, facilitates pollution prevention initiatives, and ensures timely submission of mandatory government reports. The PCO also acts as the Secretariat of the Environmental Conservation Measures Committee (ECMC).

Regulatory Compliance & Permitting: Monitor compliance with national and local environmental regulations. Prepare, process, and secure permits, licenses, and clearances

Environmental Monitoring & Reporting: Conduct regular monitoring of emissions, wastewater, hazardous waste. Prepare and submit reports to DENR, LLDA, PEZA, etc.

Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015): Oversee EMS documentation and compliance. Coordinate internal audits and management reviews. Secretariat work for ECMC.
