Pollution Control Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure compliance with the Environmental regulations and requirements
• Implement Environmental programs and activities and monitor results
• Lead in conducting investigation of environmental issues and incidents
• Liase with related government agencies, submit required reports and process all the necessary permits
• Conduct regular environmental inspections, monitor site condition, make rectification and take improvement actions in EHS issues.
• Conduct EHS induction and training
• Assist government inspectors in the conduct of EHS inspections
• May need to act as Safety Officer in the absence of the Safety Personnel

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of any related courses.
• Should be a PCO for Category B Industries
• At least 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing Industry
• Willing to be assigned on a 6-day work schedule
