Pollution Control Officer (Project-based)

The Pollution Control Officer (project-based) is responsible in monitoring, reporting and advising on pollution control measures to protect both public health and the environment, ensuring the Project meets environmental compliance, legal obligations and adopts phase of the Magat Floating Solar Power Project.

The responsibilities associated with the position include:

Environmental Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local and national environmental laws, particularly those related to air, water and solid waste management.
• Implement pollution control measures that align with government regulations such as the Philippine Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act and Solid Waste Management Act.
• Assist in acquiring environmental permits and ensure that operations are in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB).
