Overview

Establish company objectives, targets, and programs to preserve natural resources, reduce waste generation, and mitigate pollution impacts across air, land, water, flora, fauna, and human health.

Responsibilities

• Prepare environmental work plans and programs.
• Communicate environmental program guidelines to department heads.
• Monitor implementation of environmental regulations and requirements.
• Conduct environmental audits and incident investigations related to environmental impacts.
• Ensure compliance with PD 1586, RA 8749, RA 9003, RA 9275, and related IRR including Board Resolution .
• Authority to halt activities and recommend sanctions for violators of established environmental rules and regulations.
• Coordinate proper and legal disposal of hazardous waste.
• Prepare SMR and CMR reports for DENR & LLDA compliance. ...
