Job Description
JOB OBJECTIVE:
To ensue that all Legal Requirements for Environmental Management System are fully complied.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:
1. Secures copies of all related national and international Laws applicable for the operations of the Company.
2. Submits all required documents to concerned national and international institutions for compliance to related legal requirements.
3. Checks and reviews the list of Significant Aspects and Impacts from all sections and departments activities and processes.
4. Reviews the Environmental Objectives, Targets and Programs of each department and monitors implementation and updates of each program therein.
5. Submits to DENR, LLDA and other concerned institutions the periodic monitoring and/or compliance reports as required by law.
6. Conducts Periodic Tests on Air, Water and Work Environment thru DENR accredited Testing Center/Company as prescribed by applicable law.
