POLYMER INJECTION MOULDING / CAP AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN (ABILITY TO SPEAK CHINESE OR MANDARIN WOULD BE A GREAT ADVANTAGE)

R30 000 per month

National Diploma in Mechanical / manufacturing engineering PLUS: B TECH / formal training in PLASTICS PROCESSING / CITY AND GUILDS IN PLASTICS PROCESSING

Ideally in posession of a forklift license

Knowledge / experience in bottle cap and closure manufacturing

Minimum 2 years experience in hands-on injection moulding

Must have experience in the setting up and operation of automated assembly equipment

Must be familiar with the following materials: PP, PE, ABS, PET and POM

Experience with mould changeovers and hot runner systems

Familiar with the following machines Arburg, Engel, Husky or Netstal machines

Knowledge of robotics or servo driven pick-and-place

Ability to speak Chinese / Mandarin would be a ...
