Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000 (depending on experience)

Required Experience:

1–3 years of relevant experience

Experience in Packaging / FMCG industry

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering (Preference)

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and production standards.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.

Optimize processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams to meet production targets.
