Pool Attendant

Pool Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and overall guest experience at swimming pool facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the pool area to ensure guest safety and adherence to rules
• Maintain cleanliness of pool, deck, and surrounding areas
• Assist guests with towels, loungers, and pool equipment
• Report and respond to accidents or emergencies promptly
• Perform basic water quality checks and assist with pool maintenance
• Set up and organize poolside amenities for events or daily use
• Enforce pool regulations and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in pool operations or hospitality is an advantage
• Know hot to swim
• Knowledge of pool safety, hygiene, and basic maintenance
• Able to stand or walk for long periods
• Strong communication and customer service skills
