Job Description
- With strong swimming ability, physical fitness, and first aid/lifeguard certification.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Knowledge of specific watercraft (kayaks, paddleboards, windsurfers) and safety procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Friendly and approachable

- Maintaining visual contact of guests during their use of equipment and being fully prepared to render prompt assistance.
- Responding immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency.
- Identifying and reporting any observed signs or symptoms of illness/injury of a rescued victim to the nurse and the Dive Supervisor and Manager.
