What You'll Do As the Crew Lead, you'll support the Foreman by guiding 1-2 crew members through each phase of pool installation. This is a working lead role - you'll be right in the action while keeping the team organized, productive, and safe.

Lead daily tasks such as excavation prep, base installation, pool assembly, plumbing runs, backfilling, and equipment setup

Assign tasks, train new crew members, and maintain a positive team environment

Perform precise installation work, including setting elevations and leveling components

Operate small machinery (skid steer, compactor, laser level)
