This position requires flexibility, discretion, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm and courteous welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure
Assist guests with luggage handling in a careful and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the hotel entrance, lobby, and public areas
Complete daily task lists as assigned by the Head Porter and Management team
Ensure company vehicles are immaculately clean and presented to a five-star standard at all times
