**Job Description**

This full-time Porter role supports a pharmaceutical facility by performing daily janitorial and general maintenance duties to ensure a clean, safe, and compliant environment. You will maintain floors, support facility upkeep, and follow established procedures and guidelines to meet strict quality and cleanliness standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform all daily janitorial duties for the New York facility in accordance with established procedures and standards.
+ Carry out general facility and equipment maintenance tasks as assigned to support smooth operations.
+ Maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing, using appropriate floor cleaning equipment.
+ Operate and care for floor cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
+ Assist with site snow removal to keep walkways and facility access points safe and clear.
