About the Role

This is a freelance, pay-per-task opportunity, not a full-time or hourly position.

You'll be part of a pool of trained

analysts

who review property management documents and record findings in Google Sheets.

• Tasks are assigned or available on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on project demand.
• Beginners will start with around 50 rows during the training phase to build accuracy and confidence.
• As you progress and maintain a high accuracy rate, you'll qualify for more rows and higher task volume.
• There are no guaranteed hours or minimum weekly income; performance determines opportunity.

Requirements

• Comfortable using Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented and careful when reviewing documents
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Can follow written instructions accurately
