Portfolio Benefits Analyst

About the Role
Capstone are partnering with an organisation currently expanding their team by hiring a Portfolio Benefits Analyst. They are seeking someone highly analytical with strong communication skills to work across the enterprise to track, report, and ensure that portfolio benefits and investment outcomes are realised. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the Benefits Register and analyse project benefits performance, ensuring any risks, trends, and variances are tracked and reported. 
• Support the development of post-project implementation reviews (PIRs) by qualifying realised outcomes and quantifying benefits. 
• Create regular and ad-hoc benefits reports to be presented at enterprise meetings such as SteerCo's, InvestmentCo's, and ExCo's. 
• Contribute to the development of frameworks, tools, and the integration of benefits information into planning/prioritisation processes.
