About the role

Lead strategic resource planning across NFU Mutual’s Enterprise Change Portfolio, drive data‑led decision making and optimise resource utilisation, working in a hybrid model with flexibility to work from home and in our Stratford‑upon‑Avon office.

• Shape how we forecast, manage, and optimise resources to support transformational change.
• Develop and embed a robust, data‑led resource management framework that drives consistency, scalability and strong governance across the enterprise.
• Forecast and validate resource requirements, manage demand plans and support financial alignment.
• Identify and mitigate resource risks and pinch points to ensure the portfolio remains deliverable and aligned to strategic priorities.
