Portfolio COE Lead – 12 month contract.

Location: Mississauga, ON; Stellarton, NS; Calgary, AB.

• Provides an independent, portfolio‑wide perspective on portfolio health, consistency, and effectiveness, surfacing risks early and promoting continuous improvement through identification of systemic issues and enhancement of portfolio practices.
• Define, evolve, and drive adoption of portfolio management standards and best practices across initiatives.
• Maintain an integrated portfolio roadmap view, synthesizing inputs across prioritization, capacity, dependencies, and reporting to proactively identify and resolve conflicts and enable trade‑off decisions across the in‑flight portfolio and facilitate cross‑project alignment and continuous improvement forums.
