Portfolio Data Analyst – Private Equity

Your day to day

1. Collect, review and validate quarterly and annual data received from private equity and venture capital funds
2. Perform NAV checks and ensure consistency with industry reporting standards (e.g. Invest Europe, IPEV)
3. Reconcile and verify financial and portfolio data received from external fund managers
4. Support the annual audited financial statements review process
5. Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve data gaps or inconsistencies
6. Coordinate with external service providers involved in data collection and input processes
7. Assist with the structuring of new data flows linked to investment transactions and reporting requirements
