Portfolio Delivery Lead

**Introduction**
The L&K Portfolio Delivery Lead will manage centralized, worldwide Geo/GIC learning consultants and some elements of delivery support for the WW Portfolio education delivery planning and execution to address skill gaps that support business priorities across Geos/GIC. This role grows strong relationships with Business Leaders and their teams to be a credible, trusted, and accountable advisor to solution and drive Portfolio Learning education programs aligned to the broader Portfolio Learning Strategy. Key responsibilities include managing WW quarterly planning and execution, ensuring financial oversight of Geo/GIC allocated budgets (coordinating with Geo/GIC L&K Leads), driving WW strategic deployment of priority initiatives and frameworks, and providing coaching and performance feedback for the team.
