Portfolio Director, DCC Defense Infrastructure & In-Service Support

Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Portfolio Director to lead growth and capture activities across Defence Construction Canada (DCC) defence infrastructure opportunities in Ontario and Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) In‑Service Support (ISS) programs. This leadership role sits at the intersection of client strategy, pursuit governance, and delivery alignment, with a mandate to expand long‑term, strategic defence relationships and win complex, multi‑year programs that support Canada's defence readiness.

Your Role

• Lead client relationships across Ontario DCC defence infrastructure stakeholders and CAF ISS communities, including federal real property authorities and military organizations.
