Portfolio Manager

Accountable for driving the crop master planning and managing the full life cycle of the product from concept to product development, launch, communicating the product value that will lead to a sale, and finally, extending or ending product life while ensuring the financial health and competitive positioning of the crop in the market.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture
• Experienced (average of 2 years) in sales and marketing, gained from the agriculture industry.
• Strong sense of business ownership vs mere 'product ownership' (thinking and acting like a true enterprise owner), and passionate about delivering results
• Effective communicator; able to package and deliver messages clearly and convincingly and able to influence the right action from the audience
• A natural orchestrator, able to keep the team moving in the same direction and at the same pace
