Join our Property Investment team as a Property Portfolio Manager, where you'll lead a strategic programme of investment and divestment across our 35,000-home portfolio. This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker ready to use data-driven insights to transform how we manage and optimise our residential stock.

Your mission is to balance two key goals: delivering targeted investment into our highest-need homes and executing a smart divestment strategy. You will ensure our assets provide both a high standard of living for tenants and long-term financial value for the business.

As a Frontline Manager, you will lead a team of Portfolio Management Officers to oversee the end-to-end disposal process, from executive decision‑making to completion.
