The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing the existing mortgage customer base, ensuring portfolio health, and driving customer engagement through effective servicing and upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and retain the existing mortgage loan portfolio.


• Ensure timely follow-up for renewals, repayments, and documentation.


• Maintain portfolio quality and monitor early warning signals.


• Address customer queries and ensure high service standards.
