Manage, optimize, and grow the service contract portfolio (extended warranties, prepaid maintenance plans, and roadside assistance) by maximizing profitability, penetration, and customer lifetime value through a commercial strategy based on financial analysis, data, and effective execution across the dealer network. Define the annual sales and penetration strategy for service contracts Analyze performance, market trends, and portfolio profitability to propose adjustments.
