This is for someone who has spent most of their career taking real risk, owning P&L, and developing an edge — and who now wants to take the next step: leading traders, shaping strategy, and partnering directly with the CEO to drive performance and culture.
The Mission
You will operate as a strategic right-hand to the CEO, with a mandate that combines:
Investment leadership (fundamental trading DNA + strong market instincts)
Strategy ownership (help broaden and strengthen the platform's approach)
People leadership (manage, mentor, and elevate traders / sub-teams)
Risk + performance discipline (process, sizing, drawdown control, decision clarity)
