Portfolio Relationship Manager – SCF

ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:

• Portfolio Relationship Manager is a critical role to maintain portfolio hygiene of assigned portfolio, role will be responsible for –
• Driving utilization of assigned portfolio by interacting with Customer, Corporate & Internal Teams.
• Maintaining portfolio quality by ensuring timely repayment of tranches and interest servicing.
• Constantly connecting with overdue customers & corporates for repayment.
• Regular follow up with customers / fintech partners to complete open PDD’s / Sanction Conditions.
• Ensuring timely renewal of active cases.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

Business/ Financials

• Daily/ Weekly /Monthly monitoring of the assigned portfolio, driving utilization, ensuring portfolio hygiene, timely collection in overdue cases and timely renewal of cases
