• Develop short-, mid- and long-term pricing strategies aligned to demand cycles
• Maximize total hotel profitability, not just topline rooms revenue

Forecasting & Performance Management

• Prepare rolling forecasts, budgets and monthly outlooks with clear action plans
• Analyse pace, pickup, demand trends and competitor performance
• Present weekly and monthly performance insights to executive team and ownership
• Identify revenue risks and opportunities early and implement corrective strategies
