Responsibilities

• Develop business plan and strategy to enhance Surbana Jurong / SMEC presence in Malaysia Port and Maritime Sector.
• Work jointly with sub-regional lead to develop budget.
• Develop marketing strategy and deploy marketing campaign within approved budget.
• Engage Port and Maritime clients in Malaysia. Lead the discussion with clients to appraise SJ/SMEC P&M capabilities.
• Build strategic relationships with key clients.
• Liaise and manage stakeholders, such as clients, design team, site team and other relevant parties.
• Lead vendor registration process for potential Ports and Maritime clients in Malaysia.
• Act as a bid manager and lead tender submission. Work closely with sub-regional lead on internal approval process for tender submission.
