JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversees POS Preparation and Outbound Logistics to ensure compliance with 1-SLA.
• Partners with the Pos Terminal Support Services (PTSS) leaders to accomplish the assigned PTSS section's QOs and KPIs timely and effective manner.
• Leads and trains the preparation and logistics team to ensure compliance with Tangent operational and quality standards.
• Maintains accurate documentation of terminal status, shipment schedules, and delivery confirmations.
