POS/Cashier Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Dealer Interaction & Customer Service
• Acknowledge and greet dealers with a smile and professionalism upon entry or approach.
• Attend to dealers promptly, ensuring minimal waiting time at the counter.
• Thank each dealer after every completed transaction to maintain a positive customer experience.
• Verify FD IDs, ensuring signature matches and that the photo corresponds with the actual person purchasing.
• Order Processing & Sales Transactions
• Process dealer orders and payments efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
• Perform cash drop to the Accounting Section before break times or once cash handling limit is reached, as per store policy.
• Arrange and file duplicate copies of Sales Invoices (SI) and Official Receipts (OR) in ascending order based on serial numbers.
