Position Title Assistant Manager, Finance Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all finance system-related projects within the Finance Department, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the agreed quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal users and third-party vendors on all finance system project matters.
• Gather and analyse system requirements from users across various departments, ensuring requirements are clear, aligned with business processes and technically feasible.
• Track and monitor project timelines, milestones and schedules to ensure effective project progress monitoring
• Work closely with third-party vendors to ensure developments meet user requirements and comply with business processes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including audit trails, functional specifications and sign-off records.
