Post Fixture / Operations Executive

Job Description Role & Responsibility:
• Issue hire statements and freight invoices, ensure settlement of final hire, balance freight and finalize laytime calculation as per Charter Party;
• Voyage planning, issue voyage instructions, monitor operations, daily speed / consumption, bunker remaining onboard, plan / arrange for bunker replenishment and ensure timely delivery, handle any issues that arise, ensure proper documents available, make recommendations to improve operational efficiency;
• Negotiate with port agents and service providers for best possible prices, appoint and instruct port agents, weather routing and other service providers as required;
• Monitor and follow up on AR / AP to ensure timely receipts / payments;
• Update database, collate and provide required data, statistics, analysis, evaluation and reports in a timely manner;
• Prepare / check Charter Party, Addendum etc. and ensure proper documentation are in place;
