Position Summary

The University of Regina is seeking a motivated and dedicated Post-Graduate Intern to join our Strength and Conditioning team, working specifically with the University of Regina Rams Football Team.


This is a unique opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in a high-performance collegiate environment. You’ll work closely with athletes and coaching staff to support and implement effective strength and conditioning programs.

Position Requirements Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and delivery of strength and conditioning programs for the University of Regina football athletes

Supervise training sessions, ensuring athlete safety and proper technique

Track and report on athlete progress and performance metrics
