Job Description

Support First Nation youth in their transition to adulthood as a Post Majority Care Navigator with Saskatoon Tribal Council. Guide youth aged 18-25 exiting the Child & Family Well-being system.
Saskatoon Tribal Council Inc. seeks a Post Majority Care Navigator dedicated to assisting First Nation youth up to age 25. This role focuses on identifying needs and resources to facilitate smooth transitions into adulthood. You will collaborate with community stakeholders and member First Nations to ensure successful project outcomes and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support youth aging out of child welfare services
• Identify resources and develop transition plans
• Collaborate with STC departments and community partners
• Report on processes and outcomes regarding care
• Facilitate project objectives to enhance youth services
Requirements:
• Experience with First Nation youth and support services
• Knowledge of child welfare legislation and regulations
