Role Overview

The Post-Op Follow-Up Coordinator conducts non-clinical patient outreach following surgery, ensuring patients understand post-op instructions and routing any concerns to the appropriate U.S.-based clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled post-op follow-up calls or messages
• Review post-op instructions and medication reminders with patients
• Document patient responses, questions, and concerns in the EMR
• Escalate symptoms or red flags according to established protocols
