Post-Payroll Operational HR Clerk

Key responsibilities:

• Validation of payroll data prior to month-end closing


• Preparing and reviewing payroll-related accounting entries (including accruals)


• Performing reconciliations (payroll vs accounting / systems)


• Analyzing personnel costs and explain variances


• Supporting month-end closing activities with Finance and Controlling


• Preparing documentation and participating in audits (SOX, URSSAF, external)


• Collaborating with stakeholders (Finance, HR, auditors)


• Identifing and implementing process improvements

Key expectations:

• Experience in: payroll with exposure to accounting or accounting with exposure to payroll


• Understanding of: payroll processes and their financial impact, reconciliation, month-end closing, and controls
