Post-Production Supervisor

Lead and supervise a team of 4–5 video editors across multiple digital channels, ensuring consistent quality, timeliness, and creative standards

Delegate and prioritize 2-4 videos per week across the editing team while managing shifting deadlines and high-priority requests

Collaborate cross-functionally with business, writing, and production teams to gather assets, integrate sponsor requirements, and align final deliverables

Provide hands-on editing support when required to manage workload or resolve technical challenges

Oversee post-production technical execution including color grading, masking, green screen workflows, and audio optimization

Anticipate production bottlenecks and proactively mitigate risks impacting delivery timelines

Maintain high communication standards across departments to ensure clarity on scope changes and delivery impacts
