Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) Program Analyst / Cryptographic Modernization Specialist

Overview We are seeking an experienced Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) Program Analyst / Cryptographic Modernization Specialist to support Department of Defense (DoD) enterprise cryptographic modernization initiatives and the Departments Post-Quantum Cryptography transition strategy. This role will focus on supporting cryptographic inventory management, policy development, migration planning, risk assessments, and implementation guidance to prepare enterprise systems for emerging quantum-resistant cryptographic standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in cybersecurity, cryptography, PKI, security architecture, and risk management, along with the ability to coordinate across multiple DoD organizations and provide executive-level recommendations supporting enterprise modernization efforts.
