Subject Matter Expert/Customer Engineer Role Description The Customer Engineer is a dynamic role that is inherently cross‑functional. You will work directly with customers, TAC, sales, product management, and internal engineering team(s) to design, deliver and debug turnkey networking solutions to solve service provider’s scale and capacity challenges as they approach 5G, next‑gen internet, and data centre deployments. As the customer‑facing technical lead, you will understand customer requirements and present solutions to help build service provider networks.
