Our research

The focus of the Stewart-Morgan group is epigenetic dynamics and function in germ cell biology. We use both in vivo and in vitro systems of mammalian gametogenesis to study the role of the epigenome in germ cells and elucidate general epigenetic principles using this unique biological system. We strive for an open, collaborative and collegial work environment that provides ample mentorship and training opportunities to further each members’ individual career goals.
