Postdoc: Mathematical Inverse Problems & ML for PDEs

The University of Helsinki is inviting applications for two ERC-funded postdoctoral researcher positions in mathematical inverse problems. This project is led by Professor Matti Lassas and focuses on developing methods for solving inverse problems in partial differential equations using machine learning techniques.

Postdoctoral researchers will conduct independent research for approximately two years, extending possibly to three. Candidates should have a relevant doctoral degree and exceptional communication skills in English.
