Job Description
O-Two Carbon Inc. seeks a skilled Postdoctoral Fellow to enhance electrolyzer technology in Calgary. This full-time role focuses on electrochemical reactors, stack design, and CO₂ conversion.
The ideal candidate will contribute to advancing scalable electrolyzer systems from component validation to prototype testing at O-Two Carbon. You will lead research in areas like hardware design, operational optimization, and performance retention while collaborating with University of Calgary advisors. A strong background in electrochemical engineering and reactor systems is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize larger-area electrolyzer cells and prototypes
• Transition bench-scale MEA systems to pilot platforms
• Improve mass transport and pressure stability
• Plan experiments under elevated-pressure conditions
