CALM aims to develop a Singapore-calibrated Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) model, grounded in a Social Accounting Matrix (SAM), that integrates: Mitigation policy (e.g., carbon pricing, energy transition) Physical climate damages and adaptation Transition risks (e.g., border carbon measures) Micro–macro distributional linkages
