Postdoctoral Fellow - Mathematics & Statistics

This position is based in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

Location: Sydney, NSW – the School of Mathematics and Statistics at UNSW.

Work type: Full time, 35 hours per week. Level B – salary between $127,000 and $150,000 per annum plus 17% superannuation and annual leave loading. Fixed term 3 years.

Role: Support the Australian Research Council funded Discovery Project Fixing the holes in Bayesian model comparison . Develop new fundamental theory in Bayesian model comparison and create fast, scalable methods for its implementation, building on computational statistics and machine learning techniques.
