Job Description
A position is available immediately in the area of mathematical and computational oncology, with special emphasis on biological radiotherapy response dynamics. The laboratory has identified novel mathematical modeling biomarkers to predict patient-specific responses to radiation. These models need to be rigorously calibrated and validated against clinical data, and model selection needs to be performed before prospective clinical translation. Research will be conducted in both mathematical and computational models, and rigorous analysis of model performance against clinical benchmarks.
The primary purpose of the Postdoctoral Fellow is to assist the Principal Investigator and other Faculty members with scientific research projects. The primary activity of this position is academic research in association with a faculty member or team.
